Coffee Memorial Blood Center gratefully accepts financial contributions and offers everyone an opportunity to save lives by making a financial gift. CMBC is a nonprofit community blood center. Contributions are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
As an independent blood center, CMBC derives its revenue from fees associated with the blood components and services we provide. These fees are cost-recovering in nature and are not generally sufficient to fund capital projects that are critical to the fulfillment of our mission. Necessary equipment and transport vehicles are examples of capital needs that enable CMBC to improve its services, increase its capacity and better respond to emergencies.

How you can help:
General Support - Unrestricted gifts go toward the cost of equipping and operating your community blood center.

Special Programs – Restrict your gift to a particular program or service. There are a variety of naming opportunities within the blood center. We will work with you to appropriately recognize your generosity.

Memorial and Honorary Gifts - will be promptly acknowledged and the family or honoree notified of your thoughtfulness. You may also make a financial contribution in lieu of holiday gifts.

Matching Gift Programs – Double your donation with a match from your employer. Check with your employer’s personnel office for gift forms.

State Employees Charitable Campaign / Amarillo Area Combined Federal Campaign / United Way of Amarillo and Canyon Designations – Please check with your employer regarding these programs.

Planned Gifts – Bequests and other estate gifts leave a lasting legacy. Please consult your personal financial planner regarding a planned gift to Coffee Memorial Blood Center.
